Review by hotel critic
Nestled in a quiet suburb of Tokyo, this hotel offers an interesting blend of modern amenities and a touch of traditional Japanese charm. The room, while compact, was thoughtfully designed, featuring sleek furnishings and ample electrical outlets, including USB ports — a must for any tech-savvy traveler like me. Conveniently located just a 10-minute stroll from a subway station, getting around Tokyo was a breeze. I found it easy to explore iconic sites, even managing a lovely 30-minute walk to the Imperial Palace and gardens. The nearby 7-Eleven catered to my late-night snack cravings perfectly. While I appreciated the fuss-free atmosphere, I did notice the lingering scent of smoke from previous guests in my room, which may not sit well with everyone. Despite this, the hotel met my expectations for a comfortable stay at an economical ¥1,200 per night.
